Tumble Tech's brand new Indoor Parkour Course
is a blast for our new Super Hero Trainees and Young Adult Enthusiasts alike. All of our Parkour Classes will include a Dynamic Warmup, and end with some conditioning and a static stretch! Additionally, training is held by our World Freerunning and Parkour Federation Certified Parkour Instructors.
